We work with:

  • Companies on developing strategic corporate social responsibility initiatives, engaging employees in philanthropy and developing place-based community engagement.

  • Foundations on building community-facing, accessible grant programs that incorporate nonprofit involvement into the grantmaking process, and determining philanthropic responses to global conflicts and crises.

  • Funders and nonprofits on impact reporting and corporate, organizational or community-based storytelling to creatively communicate the results of grantmaking and/or programming.

  • Individuals and private donors focused on investing philanthropic dollars for the greatest impact.

  • Nonprofits on program development to meet the most pressing needs in their community.

Our Philosophy

Razem, the Polish word for “together,” guides all aspects of our work and informs our community impact philosophy. For us, philanthropy is far more than a traditional exchange of dollars. It is a collaborative process in which funders and nonprofits are working closely together to effectively invest resources into the community.

We approach philanthropy through an anthropological lens, working with local partners to ask:

  • What are the real needs of a community - as identified by those individuals living there?

  • Who makes up that community?

  • Where are opportunities for growth?

  • What other resources can be identified, leveraged and woven together for greater community impact?

  • How can we create a ripple effect across an entire community or region through coordinated investments and responses?
